These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Tazko ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our software tailored for Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Lawyers, and Consultants. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Certain areas of Tazko require you to create an account and maintain an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. Subscription fees are billed periodically per your selected plan. Delinquent accounts may have services restricted or eventually permanently terminated, which will result in data wipes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Tazko in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use the website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity. This includes strictly abstaining from uploading malicious payloads disguised as client files or deliberately attempting to bypass identity validation modules.
